What an awesome poem you have put together about the southern lights. This display of lights is apparently absolutely stunning. I am yet to see this wonderful show in person but will hopefully I will make my way to the South Island and witness it for myself. To completely explain what this looks like, it is like a projector is shining into the atmosphere with colours bouncing across the clear night sky. Doesn't that sound magical?
I really do like the poem you have created especially the line that says 'standing under the bright lights'. You could include this in the last line of your acrostic poem. An acrostic poem is when the you right a word down the side of your page, like I have done below, and then you use a letter to start a line of your poem. I have included a line from your poem in the acrostic format. Do you think you could use the template below to finish off your poem?

I cannot wait to see what you come up with so I can award you the full points.
